We are seeking skilled and Licensed Mental Health Therapists who are looking to provide culturally competent care. Therapists must be open to treatment approaches such as but not limited to Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
Desired Qualities:

• Culturally competent
• Ability to provide necessary self-care
• Awareness of personal strengths and appropriate timing for referrals
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADCs).
• Clinical license must be in good standing in the State of Connecticut
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Have skills in applying various interventions with individuals, couples, and families in therapy and/or in crisis
• Willing to work some evening hours
• Have reliable internet connection and a secure home office for telehealth sessions as needed
We are seeking a mental health professional who has a medical degree, has completed an approved psychiatric residency, and is licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut. They must also have a board certification in psychiatry and have a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration in order to prescribe certain medications.

• Will be responsible for diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders.
• Duties will include discussing disorders and symptoms with patients to determine a diagnosis and prescribing medication if appropriate to assist with correcting chemical imbalances in the brains of patients.
• Will work closely alongside a team of Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Professionals within the practice to closely observe the progress of patients to determine the impact of different treatments and make adjustments as needed.
