Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist

BA, Roger Williams University

MA, Fairfield University

Life is ever-changing and inevitably challenging, it's the human experience. Therapy provides a space to talk with a trustworthy, knowledgeable person who can help you to conquer obstacles, heal, and build skills for future endeavors. Every stage of life presents its own difficulties, some more unexpected than others, and I am here to help you navigate them. I have experience working with clients ranging from 8 to 65 years old experiencing a variety of presenting problems including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma/grief, attachment, life changes, family conflict, and couple/relational issues.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my role is to help you as an individual, couple, or whole family system to identify what's not working and to find a better way. I take a non-judgmental, compassionate, and person-centered approach with my clients understanding that every individual has a unique story and life experience which they are the expert of.

It brings me immense joy to support people in building confidence, improving relationships, implementing coping skills, and gaining insight on how to overcome roadblocks getting in their way of success. When you leave my office (or telehealth room), I hope for you to feel supported, understood, empowered, and ready to advocate for your happiness and comfort. You deserve it.
